At Loch Lomond Distillery, we take pride in the quality of our spirits; however, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Please note that for safety and health reasons, we cannot accept returns on bottles that have been opened or have a broken seal.

Return Process

    Contact Our Team

    Email our customer support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Authorization and the correct shipping address.

  • 2.
    Secure Packaging

    Carefully repackage the unopened bottle in its original protective transit packaging to ensure it arrives back at our distillery without damage.

  • 3.
    Dispatch the Parcel

    Send the package via a tracked courier service and retain your proof of postage, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.

  • 4.
    Quality Inspection & Refund

    Once our team inspects the returned item to verify the seal is intact, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
